We are continuing to monitor our links to Columbus. Due to vendor's equipment issues and route planning, we are seeing higher than latency than normal which can lead to possible brief outages.

TEST CAD and Mobile UpgradePlanned Maintenance

Description

Location: Warren County Technology Services Data Center Outage Duration:  2.5 Hours Purpose:  Upgrade CAD & Mobile to version 25.15 Impact: All TEST Central Square Enterprise CAD and Mobile servers will have limited availability during the upgrade. Users wishing to be logged in at any point during the upgrade will need to log in before the upgrade begins. Once they have started, no user will be able to log in to CAD or Mobile until it is complete. Law Records, Fire Records, ESO, and Jail environments should not be affected. User Responsibility: Users wishing to be logged in at any point during the upgrade will need to log in before the upgrade begins. Once they have started, no user will be able to log in to CAD, Mobile, Browser, or Field Ops until it is complete. Once the upgrade is complete users will be asked to log out and back into CAD, Mobile, and/or Browser at their convivence to pull down and install the upgrade on their workstation/MDC.
