[Investigating] We are getting reports of various issues in the Mitel system today. Inability to connect VPN phones, change your availability state, and the ability to access voicemail on your desk phone all appear to be symptoms. At this time, the ability to answer calls on phone that are physically on campus is NOT affected, and are working as intended.
